| Have you been itching to get your hands on a Wii? I know they were very difficult to find around the holidays since they were the most popular of the current gaming systems and were sold out everywhere. My brother has had one for quite awhile though, and I must say that I have some fond memories of playing Nintendo as a kid. Now you don’t have to spend an arm and a leg on your own system– you can simply Click Here for a Chance to Win a Nintendo® Wii™! |

Everyone loves to go to the movies, right? My mom cannot stand to go without having movie theater popcorn to munch on. I have my days where I crave it too. Luckily I get the AMC newsletter, and it occassionally includes coupons for free stuff. Want a free large popcorn? Feel free to follow the link and enjoy the buttery goodness! – FREE |
| I really need a vacation. Actually I even just told my boss that very thing. I told her I can picture myself on a beautiful beach holding a nice cool drink with a frilly umbrella. Yeah. It’s one of those days. Last time I was on a beach I saw couples riding around on cruiser bikes and it looked like they were having so much fun. |
 |
I was checking out the Cruiser Style website. They have a good selection of both mens and womens styles. They also have kid’s bikes and accessories. I am in love with the 26″ Deluxe Beach Cruiser for Ladies in Blue. It reminds me of my very first bike. It was that same pretty light blue color! They come in tons of different colors too. I’d love to have it to take on vacation, but we also have bike trails in our community. That would be a great way to expand my workout. I’ve never been fond of multi-speed bikes. I’ve had a few bikes with that feature, but usually I just leave it on one setting. I think one-speed is all I will ever need, and that is probably true of most people who are novice and recreational bike riders. They are also very inexpensive. At this price, I’ll be riding in no time! – $151
| Dave and I bought a new board game to celebrate our anniversary. I know it sounds cheesy, but we have a whole closet of games that we’ve collected as a couple since we met. Our newest edition was Game of Life: Twists & Turns, and it is really pretty fun. Life was always one of my favorite games as a kid, and this one is cool because it has credit cards that you stick into an electronic “lifepod” that keeps track of your money and score. Banking was always my least favorite part of both Life and Monopoly (I heard there is a similar version for that game), so this really speeds the game up and cuts back on cheating– at least in my opinion. We are having fun with it. – $39.99 |

| Dave is ready to trade in his PS2 and buy either an XBOX 360 or a PlayStation 3. We have far too many systems in the house. I have a regular XBOX he bought me for Christmas when they first came out, and he has every Nintendo in creation save the Wii. He even has two PS2s. We replaced one because the fan went out. I rarely play anymore, except for Guitar Hero. I’m a little sad that will be obsolete when we upgrade. Anyone have a recommendation on which platform we should get? We’re not interested in Nintendo. I will probably try to save and get him one for his birthday at the end of this mnth, or for Christmas. |

| I know I’m weird, but I LOVE Sharpie Retractable Markers. Dave keeps me constantly stocked with all the colors under the rainbow by putting them in my Easter Basket, Stocking, and even just because. Best.Markers.Ever. I was looking at their site, and you can even personalize your own Sharpie with your name or other message. |
 |
Too bad they don’t offer that feature on retractable ones yet… but maybe someday. – 6 for $11.99
| I am not a stamp collector, but I love to buy cute and modern stamps for my letters. While I am into e-mail and all things online, I still think there is something special about sending out a card to your friends and family to brighten their day. I love getting mail, and it is really special when someone takes the time out of their day to hand write me a note. They have done several sets of Disney stamps, and the newest is Art of Disney: Magic. Why not send a little magic to someone this week? I’d love a letter! – $8.20 |

My friend told me about Fine Stationary and I am in love. I have already spent HOURS browsing the site in the past few weeks trying to find the perfect new address labels for the house. Since their selection is so large, I am having a hard time narrowing it down to just one or two that I like. There are many that I love. Can you picture these Stacy Claire Boyd creations (see left) with my name? Too cute! You get a lot for your money too, compared to a lot of the other choices. I think I’m going with these. Opinions? — $34 for 100 round labels |
| My “big” birthday is still months away, but Dave and I have already been kicking around ideas. One of my co-workers told me that her family had a private party at the new 300 bowling alley and it sounded very cool. I want to have a shindig that involves something other than eating, so this sounded perfect… especailly since I like to bowl and even have my own ball. |
 |
I did Dave’s party last year at Dave & Busters for around $800, and we were lookng to spend half of that for mine. He inquired how much it would cost to reserve that private area, and I believe they told him $2000. I liked the idea, but not that much. Still, it’s an ultra cool and trendy place. You can still rent regular lanes and probably have a nice party… I’m just not sure that’s what I’m looking for yet.

If you’ve ever met my husband David, you’ve no doubt seen the little logo to the left. It’s the Spitfire emblem, and it is displayed proudly on his favorite hat. This hat has been through a lot too. It’s dirty, a little frayed, and has even been left behind in several dark movie theaters. Luckily we’ve been able to get it back each time. |
Still confused? It is a popular brand of skateboarding gear and accessories. I just discovered Warehouse Skateboards who sells Spitfire products in addition to all the other popular brands. Dave and I were looking to buy him a new hat, but he couldn’t find one at the mall that he liked. There is a much bigger selection on this site, and the prices are good too. They even sell complete skateboards, as well as wheels and other parts to build your own perfect board. The site is easy to navigate, and all the brands have their own section, so you can do a more selective search instead of going through everything. – $22.99
