Cruiser Bikes

I really need a vacation. Actually I even just told my boss that very thing. I told her I can picture myself on a beautiful beach holding a nice cool drink with a frilly umbrella. Yeah. It’s one of those days. Last time I was on a beach I saw couples riding around on cruiser bikes and it looked like they were having so much fun.

I was checking out the Cruiser Style website. They have a good selection of both mens and womens styles. They also have kid’s bikes and accessories. I am in love with the 26″ Deluxe Beach Cruiser for Ladies in Blue. It reminds me of my very first bike. It was that same pretty light blue color! They come in tons of different colors too. I’d love to have it to take on vacation, but we also have bike trails in our community. That would be a great way to expand my workout. I’ve never been fond of multi-speed bikes. I’ve had a few bikes with that feature, but usually I just leave it on one setting. I think one-speed is all I will ever need, and that is probably true of most people who are novice and recreational bike riders. They are also very inexpensive. At this price, I’ll be riding in no time! – $151

Shimano TLD15 Reel

My dad’s birthday is coming up in October, and I have been trying to think up some good gift ideas. We used to go fishing a lot, and I think I might consider getting him a new reel. They sold the boat many years ago, and now they are big RVers. I know there are fishing opportunities at a lot of the places they stay. This Shimano reel is nice, and I like the pretty teal rod & reel. I know, I’m such a girl. I can also put together some new fishing tackle to go with it, and it will be the perfect gift. – $179.98

Used Golf Balls

I have several good friends who like to golf on occasion. I was looking for a gift and ran across a site that sells used golf balls. If you’ve never shopped for them, then you probably don’t realize how expensive they are. These Calloway HX Tour offer a more consistent overall performance, and from what I hear my friend needs it. I say that out of love. – $24.95/dozen

Callaway Umbrella

I grew up around golf and the Byron Nelson Classic. Golf is big in Texas, and given that my dad worked for the sponsor of the tournament (GTE), we went nearly every year. He volunteered to work in the corporate tents and we would always go home with cool swag from brands like Callaway golf. My umbrella just bit it in the last big storm, so I’m in need of a replacement. – $39.95
